• November 7 – 6+ months (locum-to-perm preferred)
• NY Medicaid enrollment STRONGLY preferred
• Adult Only patient population
• Outpatient primary care: Chronic care, Sick/Well visits
• Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
• 14-18 patients per day
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
