Job Details:
- Full-time Permanent Position (Schedule discussed during initial interview)
- Experience in Family Medicine or related settings as an Advanced Provider required
- Duties will include conducting sick/wellness visits, physical examinations, medical urgent care when needed, and patient follow-ups for ideal patient outcomes
