Details For this Opportunity :
- Schedule: Starting ASAP 8 hr. shifts, days only
- Job Setting/ Type of Cases: Home Health, High and medium acuity patients with common medical diagnoses; Heart failure, Pneumonia, Urinary tract infections, Cellulitis or wound infection, COPD or asthma exacerbation, Sepsis/fever
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible (Family Medicine), Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Active OR License
- Credentialing: .Less than a week
