About the POSITION:

FNP or PA needed for clinic in Novato, CA

Outpatient Family Practice with an under served population

Must have a current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license to practice.
Must have a current California license issued by the Board of Registered Nurses/Medical Board of California.
Current registration issued by the DEA allowing the prescription of drugs.
Current BLS certification and current national certificate.
2-3 Years of hands on clinical experience is required for NP/PA applicants (experience excludes clinical rotations/clerkships) will consider candidates who have completed a residency hands-on training program of 12 or more month’s duration.
Experience using electronic health care records Epic highly desired.
