- NP or PA with UC/Occ Health experience is a plus
- Work Dates Needed: 11/7 - 11/18, 11/24-25, 12/16, 12/19-12/23, 12/26-29
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:30a - 6p; Saturday 9a - 1p
- Worksite Setting: School Clinic
- Scope of Work: Providers aid employees with reaching personal health improvement goals. Our providers develop individual healthcare plans to lower health risks. Our providers diagnose and treat chronic diseases as well as acute and episodic occurrences.
- Travel: Mileage
- Requirements: CA license, BLS and/or ACLS, can see ages 2+
