Job Description
* 1 hr N of Tri-Cities & 2 hrs SW of Tacoma - Rural Area - great schools + affordable housing
* 18 months - 2 years experience required
* FQHC - Not-For-Profit - Integrated Health Care Agency
* FNP or PA to see all ages + provide well care/sick visits + maintenance of chronic conditions
* Strong support and collaboration available
* Monday - Friday flex schedule, 4 (10’s) or 5 (8’s)
* Join a large team of providers -11 NP's + 5 MD
* Full benefits - 24 days PTO, 9 holidays + 403b plan w up to 8% employer match
* Federal loan repay HPSA score (16)- Athena EMR
* $10K relo + $20K sign bonus + $3,350 CME/5days
* $130K-$140K w ability to earn $30K -$70K (RVU) incentive program
