Hartford, CT – Family Nurse Practitioner – To $140K + Loan Repay + $10K Sign Bonus
*Capital of Connecticut
*Top Rated FQHC needs Family Nurse Practitioner
*Some NP prescribing experience desired (6 mo. +)
*Work in an Integrative setting - See Kids and Adults
*Work Monday thru Friday – Full Time
*See 15 patients per day
*Work alongside a Physician, NP’s and MA’s
*DEA and Controlled Substance License required
*Suboxone license or willing to apply needed
*Light – rotating on call via phone
*Federal Loan Repay qualified - $50K/2 years service
*Full Time – Strong benefits, malpractice and & PTO
*$118K to $140K DOE + $10K Sign bonus
