*30 miles SW of Hartford and 25 miles NW of New Haven
*Top Rated FQHC needs Family Nurse Practitioner
*1 year+ prescribing experience desired
*Work in an Integrative setting - See all ages
*See 15 patients per day
*Work alongside a Physician, NP’s and MA’s
*DEA and Controlled Substance License required
*Suboxone license desired
*Light – rotating on call via phone
*Federal Loan Repay qualified - $50K/2 years service
*Full Time – Strong benefits, malpractice and & PTO
*$118K to $140K DOE + Sign bonus
