In this Role:

You will engage with a patient population of 18 years and older managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient setting. You can expect to provide manage chronic diseases, immunizations, blood pressure screening, nutritional counselling, family planning counselling, prenatal care, etc. Working with a full support staff, ideal candidate needs to be a team player. Location is ideal with loads of recreational outlets nearby.
