- Work Dates Needed: 5/13 - 8/3/2024
- Preferred Schedule: Monday (9a-4p); Tues (8:30-3:30); Wed (9a-7p); Thurs (8a-3:30p), Fri (8a-12p); every other Sat (8a-12p)
- Worksite Setting: Clinic setting
- Avg. 8-15 patients per day
- Clinic is staffed with 2 providers and 2 MA’s
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), Current NJ License, BLS, and DEA
- EMR: eClinical works
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75
