Job Description
FNP - Adult Population - $150K-$200K - two pay structures offered
*For Profit agency providing health care to nursing home and rehabilitation patients
*Primary & Geriatric care - med management, sick visits, maintenance of chronic diseases
*1 + year experience required
* DEA required
*Monday - Friday schedule, flexible start and end times
*Rehabilitation and Nursing Homes
*All patient visits are follow up visits and typically take 10 minutes each. Treat for only one issue at a time.
*Work independently with a great support system. An MD will be designated to the provider for a direct line of questions and support. Quarterly in person meetings
* Offer two options for pay structure
*First payment option- $150K, 3 weeks PTO, 6 Holidays, 401k match @2%, health and malpractice insurance. Additional $20 for every patient seen above 25/day
*Second payment option, $30 per patient only malpractice insurance. NPs in this pay structure have the ability to make up to $200k / year.
