The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care appropriate to the patient population served, including routine health maintenance, management of chronic conditions, and management of acute illness for patients. Open Positions are in Mattapan or Dorchester locations. full time. Great work life balance.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Education:
