Job Description

Primary Care NP - Wayne, Secaucus, Green Brook, New Brunswick, Rahway, Egg Harbor NJ
- Adult/Geri - Skilled Nursing Facility - $150K+ Benefits OR 1099 up to $200K
* For Profit agency - Skilled Nursing Facility - see nursing home and rehabilitation patients
* Primary & Geriatric care - med management, sick visits, maintenance of chronic diseases
* 1 + year experience minimum required
* Average daily caseload 20-25 patients / day
* Monday - Friday schedule, flexible start and end times (4-5 Hours a day seeing patients, Charting can be done at home)
* All patient visits are follow ups- typical app.10 mins (see patients for one issue/visit)
* MD collaboration for direct line of support
* Salary ($150K) or pay/patient pay comp structure option
* Full benefits incl malpractice + license/DEA reimbursement
* $150K + productivity bonus
