Job Description
Seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in a flexible, part-time, W2 opportunity conducting in-home health risk assessments. This is a great opportunity to utilize your skills while offering a flexible work schedule.
Details of the Position:
- Role: Nurse
Practitioner (Part-Time, W2)
- A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.
- Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
- Laptop and equipment provided
- Compensation:
- $90 per completed visit
- $25 no-show fees
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 35 miles traveled daily
- Timeline:
- Onboarding and training targeted for completion by mid-April
- Program launch targeted for early May
- Locations: New Hampshire and Maine (specific counties to be confirmed)
