Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: April 1st and ongoing for either part-time (20hrs/week) or full-time - min of a 3 month commitment
- Preferred Schedule: M-TH 8:30-5:00pm and Fri 8:30-4:30pm
- Worksite Setting: Family clinic
- Scope of Work: General diseases in adults and children including: High Blood Pressure Diabetes Thyroid Disease Arthritis Osteoporosis Asthma COPD Overactive Bladder Disease Complete Physical Immigration Physical Women's Health, Men's Health Exam New Born Care Sick and Well Child Care Adolescent Medicine ADHD Screening Vision and Hearing Screening Vaccinations, Mole Warts Skin Lesions In-Grown Toe Nail Removal Laceration Repairs
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX unrestricted license, DEA, BLS. Must be able to see all ages.
- EMR: TBD
- Pay Rate Preferred: $70-75/hr plus local mileage.
