Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed thru 6/28/2024
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert preferred.
- EMR: Allscripts
- Comments: 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday. Clinician must be or become DOT certified(Concentra will provide training) and be able to suture.
