Position: Nurse Practitioner - PRN/Part Time - Home Risk Assessments

Pay: $90-95.00 per completed Assessment

Type: PRN/Part Time - Flexible

State traveler positions also available ask your recruiter for more details $5,000 sign on bonus for travelers

Hours: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends - Flexible Scheduling

Overview:

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner conducting comprehensive health assessments during home visits, skilled facility visits, and telehealth sessions. This unique opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on patient care, emphasizing preventive strategies and closing multiple care gaps with each visit.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, medical history, diagnosis, and treatment

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other medical personnel

Work in various environments including home visits, skilled facilities, and telehealth

Requirements:

Master’s Degree or commensurate experience

Current RN and NP licensure in the state of practice

Board certified by AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in an approved specialty

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification

Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software

Positive and outgoing personality, flexibility with frequent change
