As a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner in York, PA., your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality primary healthcare services to geriatric patients on a temporary basis. This role involves conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and treating a range of health conditions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, communicate effectively with patients, and adhere to healthcare regulations and best practices. This position may require flexibility to work in various healthcare settings, such as nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
Compensation: $80.00 to $90.00 Per Hour
Daily Stipend provided for those requiring extensive travel
Requirements:
- Valid and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board Certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
