We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Family Practice/Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a compassionate healthcare facility serving Las Animas County.

Your New Role:
- Position: Family Practice/Urgent Care NP/PA

- Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
- Employer: Hospital Group
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Schedule: Flexible – 4x10s or 5x8s with an occasional weekend

- Experience: New grads welcome

In this Role:
You will engage with patients of all ages managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient Primary care/acute care clinic. Schedule is flexible and could be 4x10s or 5x8s. There will also be an occasional Sat or Sun with additional pay. Typically working solo, candidate needs to be able to work autonomously. Provider can expect to see cases within the full scope of Acute/primary care. Board certified new grads as well as experienced practitioners welcome to apply.
