- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7a-4p (60), no weekends, holidays or OT
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient onsite health clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OK license, BLS, DEA, and OK OBNDD.
- EMR: Healtie
- Pay Rate Preferred: $70 per hour
