- Schedule: M-F, 4 days 9a-5:30p; 1 day 11:30a-8p
- Daily Volume: 24
- EMR: NextGen
- Experience: 3+ years advanced practice required
- License and certification: CA lic, DEA, BLS
- Pay rate: $90 per hour
