Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) needed to work at Indian Health Services in Chinle NM.
- Work Dates Needed: Tentative start date 7/1/2024. 12 months
- Any State license is accepted
- Preferred Schedule: Regular work hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (40) hours per week.
- Worksite Setting: Chinle Service Unit U.S. 191 & Hospital Drive, Chinle, AZ 86503
- Scope of Work: Provide Family Nurse Practitioner services at Chinle Service Unit
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have BLS. ACLS and PALS are highly recommended.
- Pay: $90.00 per hour plus Travel and lodging
