Job Description
- Setting: FQHC outpatient acute care clinic and mobile van clinic
- Dates: ASAP – ongoing, minimum contract length is 3 months.
- Scope: urgent care, mental health and substance abuse care, some chronic pain management
- Work hours: T-F 8a-5p
- Work schedule: Tu, Th, Fri in clinic, Wed on mobile van
- Daily Volume: 28 in clinic (all ages), 17 on mobile van (adults only)
- Support: 1 RN, 2 MA
- EMR: EPIC
- Experience: urgent care, mental health and substance abuse care experience required
- License and certification: CA lic, DEA, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks for quick turnaround on complete documentation
- Pay rate: $90 per hour
