Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: March 18, 23, 27
- Schedule: 4 hours, 9am-1pm
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Family Practice
- Scope of Work: Family Practice Setting treating ages 2 years old and up. Provider will see scheduled patients with some walk-ins and must be able to handle volume and chart during the work day. Census is 12 patients per day. No additional time is allotted outside the normal work hours.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX License, BLS, and DEA
- EMR: Practice Fusion
