Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: November 24, 26; December 1
- Schedule: 4 hours , 9am-1pm
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient FP
- Scope of Work: Family Practice Setting, treating ages 2 years old and up, scheduled patients with some walk-ins - must be able to handle volume and chart during the work day, 12 PPD. No additional time is allotted outside the normal work hours.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Medical License
- EMR: Practice Fusion
