Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 5/8 - 11/26/25 (or until perm is hired)
- Preferred Schedule: Mon (12-5), Tues (7:30-4:30); Wed (8a - 5p); Thurs 7:30-5p) 1/2 hr unpaid lunch
- Worksite Setting: Clinic setting
- Scope of Work: Occ Med required; Must have workers comp experience, Family Medicine; ages 2+; patient volume varies
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NY license, BLS, drug screen, TB, Hep B, NPs only.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $100-$105
