Job Description

About the Position:

FNP or PA needed in an Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Schuylkill Haven, PA
Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (one evening per week until 7:00–8:00 PM)
40-hour work week (35 hours of direct patient care)
Appointment times:
- New patients: 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Medication checks: 15–20 minutes
Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model with a collaborative, team-based environment
Full-scope family medicine — treating patients of all ages
Work alongside physicians and dedicated support staff
