Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP start through 7/28/2025 with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday. Hours vary
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active TN license, BLS, and DEA. DOT certification is preferred but not required.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour + expenses if needed.
