- Preferred Schedule: Mon (6-3), Tues (11-7, Wed & Thurs (9-5) and Fri (6-noon)
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Ages 3+; Onsite dispensing of medication; family medicine, primary and acute care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IL License, CPR/BLS, Highest Degree diploma, NPDB self-query or Marathon attestation if using CCL run NPDB, Board Certification verification
