Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity – Central California

A well-established and mission-driven community health organization is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for its location in Los Banos, California. Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Patient Volume: Average of 18–22 patients per day

• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Scope of Services:

  • Preventive care and immunizations

  • Health screenings and physical exams

  • Management of chronic conditions

  • Acute care for minor injuries and infections

  • Health and nutrition education

  • Sick visits and follow-up care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000 – $145,000 annually

• Vacation: 15 working days per year (3 weeks), increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

• CME Benefits:

  • 5 days of paid CME leave annually

  • Up to $2,100 reimbursement for CME-related expenses

  • State licensure, DEA, one professional membership, and recertification costs covered

• Retirement Plan: 403(b) retirement plan with employer match of 100% up to 5% of annual salary

• Productivity Incentive Bonus: $10 per patient encounter over 22 per day, calculated and paid quarterly (must be employed at the time of bonus disbursement)
