Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Salary: $110,000 –$120,000 annually

Overview:
MedCare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a patient-centered primary care practice in Mobile, Alabama. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced physicians and a supportive care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare to diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and assess patient needs
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies within the NP scope of practice
• Perform minor office procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Supervise nursing staff and support daily clinical operations

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Alabama
• Experience in primary care, including pediatrics, internal medicine, or OB/GYN
• Current prescriptive authority and experience with office-based procedures
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills
