A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center located in the heart of central Arizona is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient-only team. About the Position:

• Outpatient only — no hospital duties or on-call responsibilities

• Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)

• 2 years of clinical experience preferred

• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $108,725–$152,200 annually, depending on experience
