Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP (FNP-C or FNP-BC), licensed or eligible in Georgia
• 2+ years’ experience in primary care or family medicine (preferred)
• BLS
• A strong communicator who believes in proactive, relationship-based care
• Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
