  • Work Dates Needed: August 27th - December 31 2025
  • Preferred Schedule: Mon (8a-5p), Wed (7a-4p), Thur (8a-5p), Fri (7a-4p)
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
  • Scope of Work: Family Medicine, ages 2+ will be seen.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CO license, BLS, DEA and experience within family medicine.
  • EMR: Athena
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $80/hr + travel expenses.
