- Work schedule: 30-36 hours per week M-F
- Clinic hours: M-F 7:30a-5p
- Volume: 20 ppd with MA
- EMR: Epic
- Experience Requirement: 2+ ys of advanced practice in primary care
- Licenses and certifications: Active OR lic, DEA, BLS
