About the Position:
Urgent Care & Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
An exciting opportunity is available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team in a hybrid Urgent Care and Primary Care role. This position offers a dynamic blend of fast-paced urgent care with the relationship-centered focus of primary care — ideal for clinicians who enjoy both acute and ongoing patient management.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and order or interpret diagnostic tests

Provide treatments including suturing, splinting, casting, and medication management

Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

Respond effectively to medical emergencies when needed

Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Current Wisconsin State License
-
NCCPA Certification (if PA)

DEA and Controlled Substance Licensure

Current CPR and ACLS Certification (PALS encouraged)

Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License

Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice preferred
The Urgent Care Department operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Two roles are currently available:

Compensation & Benefits:

32-hour/week role: $93,450.24 – $114,949.12 (based on experience)

36-hour/week role: $105,131.52 – $129,317.76 (based on experience)
Comprehensive benefits will be discussed based on the chosen position and individual circumstances.
