Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: December 15 - on going
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
  • Worksite Setting: Clinic
  • Scope of Work: Mix of peds/adults. minimum is 18 -20 PPD, 1 RN, 2 MA's in office,
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license, BLS,
  • APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting
PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II Active DEA needed before start The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). Covid-19 Vaccine no longer required EMR: Epic Pay Rate: $95
