Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role:

Provide full-scope family medicine services.

Offer behavioral health, family medicine, and podiatry care to patients.

Serve an underserved population, delivering high-quality care with a focus on preventive health.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to improving community health.
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $100K + for candidates with no experience; increases based on years of experience
