Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP start through 12/31/2025.
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday - Wednesday (9a-6p); Thursday and Friday (7a-4p) with a 1 hour lunch.
  • Worksite Setting: Clinic
  • Scope of Work: Occupational Medicine; Primary Care; will see ages 2 and up. Provider will handle DOT physicals, and see workers compensation injuries.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: FL License, BLS, DEA, and DOT certification are required.
  • EMR: Athena
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $80-85/hr + expenses if needed.
