Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP-12/31/2025 with possible extension
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch. No weekends or holidays needed.
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NY license, BLS and DEA. At least 3 years experience as a NP is required.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $85 per hour
