Work Dates Needed: 11/24/2025-1/2/2026 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7a-430p (30). No weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI licensure, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see ages 2+
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour
Setting: Urgent Care and Primary Care
