Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: Monday - Friday (8a-5p), for on-going need
  • Worksite Setting: Family Medicine & Pediatric practice
  • Scope of Work: Provider will conduct annual exams, physicals, chronic care management, and preventative care. Patient census is a minimum of 25 patients per day in 15 minute time slots. Provider will need to see all ages.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active TX license, BLS, and DEA.
  • EMR: eClinical Works
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $80-85/hr
