- Work Dates Needed: Jan 14- April 30
- Preferred Schedule: Mon - Friday:7:30-4p
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: provider will need to have OCC Health experience as OCC health will be the primary service offered
- M-F 730-4 pm, lunch 12-12:30
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: PA license, CPR/BLS, 2 years of experience in required. BC is required, DOT certified
- EMR: Athena
