- Preferred Schedule: Mon - Friday:7:30-4p
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: provider will need to have OCC Health experience as OCC Health will be the primary service offered. Workers' Compensation exams and DOT Exams
- M-F 730-4 pm, lunch 12-12:30
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, BLS, 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, and DOT Certification
