Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 12/13 (8a-12 or 8a-6p) 12/15 (7a-7p), 12/16 (7a-7p), 12/17 (7a-7p)
- Hours: Clinic is open 7a-7p Mon-Fri, however flexible with splitting the shifts: 1st shift: 7a-4 or 5p and 2nd shift: 10a-7p
- Worksite Setting: FQHC, primary care
- Scope of Work: Primary Care Services, management of chronic conditions, physical exams, annual check-ups, general pediatric care, school exams, men and women's wellness checks | mostly adults with some peds usually the youngest age is 7 yrs old. 2-3 patients per hour for volume
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license, BLS, DEA
- EMR: Paper Charting
- Pay Rate: $75-80/hr.
