Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 1/19/2026-4/13/2026 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-430p (30). No holidays
- Worksite Setting: Acute Care- Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Scope of Work: Onsite Employee Health Clinic. Primary Care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OR licensure, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see ages 2+. Primary Care experience. Epic experience a plus
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour plus expenses
