Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 3/24/2026 for 13-16 weeks with option to extend
- PreferredSchedule: Tuesday – Friday (Tuesday – Thursday – 7am – 6pm and Friday – 8am – 7pm) and the Saturday (8am – 12pm) rotation every 6 weeks.
- Worksite Setting: Acute Care- Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Scope of Work: Onsite Employee Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN licensure, IN CSR, BLS, DEA.
- EMR: EPIC
