- Work Dates Needed: 2/16/2026-4/3/2026 with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: Monday/Tuesday from 7a-7p (30) and Wednesday from 7a-3p (30). No weekends or holidays
- Worksite Setting: Primary Care- Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active VA license, VA prescriptive auth BLS, and DEA. Primary Care experience . Occ Health experience preferred
- EMR: EPIC
