FNP needed in Lewistown, PA

About the Position

Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients

This role is based in an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that delivers comprehensive, community-based care.

• Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one evening per week extending until 7:00 or 8:00 PM

• 40-hour workweek, with 35 hours dedicated to direct patient care

• Appointment structure:

  • New patients: 45 minutes to 1 hour

  • Medication management visits: 15–20 minutes

• Full-scope family medicine, caring for patients across the lifespan

• The clinic operates as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), emphasizing a collaborative, team-based environment

• Providers work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative support staff

• Part of a large, mission-driven primary care network that serves medically underserved communities across multiple sites, offering strong infrastructure, clinical support, and long-term stability

• Starting salary at $120,000, with additional compensation based on years of experience
