Job Description
Work Dates Needed: ASAP (roughly 2 to 4 weeks out with credentials) 3-6 months contract or longer
Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Worksite Setting: outpatient FQHC
Scope of Work: Primary care Adult Clinic, Complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns. 18+ years of age on all patients
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 18 completed visits per day or more, Graduation from an accredited, nursing school, or PA school, possession of a valid California license as a NP or PA, Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in appropriate field. Possession of BCLS/CPR certification. Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate. Covid shot with boosters

Pay - $100/hour
