Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 4 weeks to start with option to extend

Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 10a-6p. No weekends or holidays

Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Primary Care/Occupational Medicine
-
Scope of Work: First aid, wound care, splinting, eye irrigation, EKG interpretation, foreign body (splinter) removal, t-dap administration, etc.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license, BLS, DEA.

EMR: Nethealth/ HEB internal RunForm
-
Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour
